Phillip John Jusino

I cannot say enough about Mr. Jusino and his entire staff. From the moment I hired him, he was sympathetic, compassionate, and made me feel that I had finally found the right lawyer to represent me. I previously had another lawyer who basically raked me over the coals and in a years time, did absolut...ely nothing except take my money. Mr. Jusino turned everything around and gave me hope when I had none left. He promised he would fight for me and he kept the that promise and ultimately got me the settlement that I deserved. Mr. Jusino always made himself available to me whenever I had a question. He never made me feel like my questions weren’t important or that I was a burden. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am to him and his entire staff and I absolutely recommend him to anyone who is going through a divorce and needs the most professional, caring counseling out there.

I met Mr. Jusino and was greeted and respected by entire office..... the entire time. So important when going through any trying time. No jargon ! Clear, concise, they do not drop the ball. Fair, honest and patient. If I was having a bad they, they never were. My 1st attorney had the matter for 6 mo...nths, Mr. Jusino took over and understood immediately and was able to work with the other attorneys paving my way towards divorce fast. Hard core perfect with the financial aspects and sincere with the other tribulations of the process of divorce.

Wish I used him for my 6yr long terroristic divorce. I'd probably have had the same results (50/50) custody, with much less expenses and wasted time. Some debates like all lawyers, but he genuinely listens to what you want and fights for justice especially when you're on the stand with a judge or jur...y. Anyone I've referred to him has been equally satisfied with his performance.

Phillip is the most lazy and apathetic lawyer I have ever hired. He does not care at all about doing a good job. This person put no effort into my case. The only thing he does is waste time and bill for it. A simple asset split turned out to be a $20,000 dollar ordeal. Phillip spent tens of hours rev...iewing a file that only had 20 pages of pertinent material in it. He could never remember any of the details. He makes moves behind your back without your consent and refutes or forgets about things he said to you in the past. I have read other reviews that stated Phillip probably graduated at the bottom of his class in law school. His lack of intellectual ability is extremely apparent. His arguments are weak and hold no weight. When he has to argue against bad logic form the opposing attorney he falls apart. One time he argued that it his OK for him to waste time because people in his office waste time and he pays them for that. I explained that these are $10 an hour employees. If he is going to charge $350 an hour he needs to be productive with his time. My advice to anyone is to search for his name on the internet and read all reviews out there before you hire him.
