Mr Jusino biggest liar that I ever met in my life He actually can stand at front off Judge and Life for his client He will stretch the case, as long as he can to make money for himself He destroyed a lot of families and children suffer because of his lies. there is no justice ! I will never recomm...end him to anyone !

I have no idea who posted this. It is quite cowardly to post such lies anonymously. This post is an outright lie or a fake review. Read the other reviews about me. You will see that I zealously represent my client's interests, am an honorable attorney, and I am well respected within the legal community. I have been practicing law in Suffolk County, first as an Assistant DA and then in private practice, for over 35 years. I have an excellent record.

Unsatisfied client

I hired Mr. Jusino for a criminal case . He never informed me that this was not his specialty and that his law firm specialized more in family law and divorces . When I needed him to stand next to me in front of the judge he was never available and would always send someone else who did not know ...my case at all !!! UnFortunately because of his misrepresentation of lack of experience with criminal cases my professional life has been destroyed !!!

When I saw this anonymous review, I had to respond. To begin with, I have been representing criminal defendants for the past 28 years and before that I served as Suffolk County District Attorney and am well versed in criminal law. For the anonymous person who left this review to state or imply that I am not well versed in criminal law is a lie. If this person is real and did in fact hire me, they would have known my background which is easily accessible on my website. In fact, if they had come into my office, they would have seen my Assistant District Attorney badge hanging on my wall. Because this person came in as anonymous, I cannot even be sure that this is a real review and I am not a position to comment on any specifics because not even what he or she describes is something that I am familiar with. Secondly, unless I am on trial or unable to attend a specific court appearance, I am the attorney that appears on the client’s behalf. If I cannot make it, I give the client the option for the matter to be adjourned or I send in the attorney that is of counsel to my firm who is also a former District Attorney. I would never send a client to court without proper representation. It is unfortunate that people are allowed to leave reviews and remain anonymous. Imagine if someone accused you publicly of something and could hide behind the shield of anonymity. How would you like it? Is it fair? Certainly not. I have been a practicing attorney for over 30 years and enjoy an excellent reputation in the legal community and beyond.

Run!!

I sat with Phil about a child support and custody case. I paid $1500 to retain him. On the day of court for custody the issue of driving came up. My ex puts the kids in more activities then I can get them to and they are all 40 minutes away from me. Not only did I find myself arguing with the child l...awyer but I actually spent more time arguing with my own lawyer on the matter. Needless to say it did not go in my favor and once child support came he actually questioned me in front of the judge on why I am no longer employed. He had 2 court appearances for me $1500 retainer and $360 for I don't know what and I got no money back after I fired him. He was one of the worst attorneys I ever had. Maybe he's good for simple cut and dry issues not for anything else.

Complete waste of time and money

Phillip is the most lazy and apathetic lawyer I have ever hired. He does not care at all about doing a good job. This person put no effort into my case. The only thing he does is waste time and bill for it. A simple asset split turned out to be a $20,000 dollar ordeal. Phillip spent tens of hours rev...iewing a file that only had 20 pages of pertinent material in it. He could never remember any of the details. He makes moves behind your back without your consent and refutes or forgets about things he said to you in the past. I have read other reviews that stated Phillip probably graduated at the bottom of his class in law school. His lack of intellectual ability is extremely apparent. His arguments are weak and hold no weight. When he has to argue against bad logic form the opposing attorney he falls apart. One time he argued that it his OK for him to waste time because people in his office waste time and he pays them for that. I explained that these are $10 an hour employees. If he is going to charge $350 an hour he needs to be productive with his time. My advice to anyone is to search for his name on the internet and read all reviews out there before you hire him.
