Great lawyer, but misunderstanding ruined experience.
Mr. Birzon was a great lawyer, handled my case with competence. After the case was done there was a misunderstanding about my file and he never called me to talk about (only sent letters to a house I had since moved from). I KNOW he had my cell number from the trial and one day a few months later he ...

Simply the best!
My family and I would not consider another attorney for our personal and professional legal needs. He is as sensitive as he is strong which makes him the perfect person to have representing you in any legal matter.

Smart, responsive, caring
Mitch is that rare find in an attorney. He's the big city lawyer in the suburban setting. But more importantly, he's got your back during business negotiations. He's smart and gets the big picture well.

Contract review and negotiation
Mitch has been great at reviewing contract documents between my business and New York State Agencies. He has guided me with thoroughness, and the highest professionalism. He has been compassionate and preservers more than anyone I know. I enthusiastically recommend him as an attorney.
"Simply put, when you hire Mitch Birzon as your lawyer you are getting the benefit of his years of expertise, hard work and dedication. Many lawyers claim to be trial attorneys; Mitch actually tries complex and challenging cases to juries and has for many years. Mitch is tenacious and unwavering in his advocacy for his clients and brings to bear his creativity and passion in each case he takes on. I highly endorse Mitch."

"I endorse this lawyer. Mitchell Birzon's law practice is right down the hall from my law practice. In addition to seeing each other frequently due to our close proximity, I've also attended meetings with Mitchell. His participation in meetings, time after time, demonstrated to all participants that he knows his practice areas very well."
"Mr. Birzon demonstrates his expertise and vast knowledge in his answers to questions. HIs clients are lucky to have him represent them."
"Mitchell is a hardworking, thoughtful, and excellent advocate. Based on my experiences working with him, he is a consummate professional."
"Although I regard him more for his litigating skills, Mitch has sound business judgment and excellent rapport with clients. I would gladly recommend Mitch Birzon's services (which I do all the time)."
"I endorse Attorney Birzon. From his answers and time on Avvo, it is clear he is dedicated to serving those in need and his clients. It's rare that lawyers spend so much valuable time helping the community, for free, and I applaud him for doing it to such a great level. Kudos"
"If you think you may have been injured by a health care provider I'd highly recommend that you contact Mitch, get a copy of his book and get the "straight talk" about New York medical malpractice cases. Lots of lawyers run big time TV ads promising you the world. Mitch will tell you the truth about your claim. Give him a call first, even if its just to get his cool book. You will be happy that you did."
