Just billing lawyer
Don't ask questions never answer. Wrote stipulation with incomplete date. Question her. Her response in stipulation. Hired her for over a year sending papers. Go to court In hallway asking questions . Unprepared. Billed for travel in. Court already.

Terrible with divorce financial matters
Linsey represented me with my divorce that involved financial abuse and a child custody issue. Lindsey navigated through the child custody issue well but DO NOT use Lindsey in divorces involving any financial matters. Honest and Excellent Negotiator
I retained Lindsey as co-council on my custody case. When I met with her, she discussed exactly what my options would be and how she would handle my case. With her excellent negotiation skills and thorough knowledge of the law, the case was settled without going to trial.

Quit One week. Edite trial
I don't recommend her she started out normal and then multiple mistakes that cost me a lot of money I don't know if it is incompetence or a lack of ethics then she quit 1 week prior to my divorce trial

Replied last May 3, 2019I am upset to hear that a client was dissatisfied with my service. However, I do feel that the criticism offered in this case is unfair. Unfortunately, attorneys are sometimes placed in difficult situations by clients which may require the attorney to terminate their representation of the client.
