Custody
We had to obtain Mrs. Brodsky to help my daughter obtain custody of our granddaughter. Mra. Brodsky went above and beyond to help ease the stress of this situation, taking calls quickly, responding to emails quickly and advocating for us to the Judge. The entire process went smooth and she prepared my daughter extremely well for the situation. I would highly recommend Mrs. Brodsky for your needs.

Used for custody and child support
I used Nicole in the practice for parts of my custody battle and my child support matters both modification and violations. She was always prompt, detail oriented to all the changes that needed to be made, tried to settle with the other side (who is extremely difficult) and wrote excellent drafts/petitions and violation papers. She was always professional in court and didn’t back down to the other side. She was easily available for contact via email or phone and I was never left in the dark! We got the desired outcome we wanted for custody and child support in a timely manner! I would absolutely use her again if I had the need in the future.
