Jill Dana Weinberg-Daly

Jill D. Weinberg-Daly is a founding partner of the Law Firm of Schaub & Daly, LLP, having practiced Matrimonial and Family Law exclusively for over thirteen years.  Ms. Weinberg-Daly graduated from the St. John’s University, Class of 1995 and thereafter received her Juris Doctor Degree from the Touro Law Center in 2002 graduating summa cum laude.  During her attendance at Touro Law she graduated as Senior Associate member of Law Review and was active in all aspects of the law school including as President of the Student Bar Association during her senior year.  She received various awards during her attendance at Touro Law, including National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Woman Law Graduate Award and New York State Bar Association Law Student Bar Association Achievement Award and was a Member of Who’s Who: American Law Students, 22nd Edition.

Ms. Daly is currently a member of the New York State, Suffolk County Bar Associations as well as the Matrimonial Bar Association of Suffolk County.  She is currently a Co-chair of the SCBA Family Court Committee and a liason for the Attorney for the Child Committee.  She has been engaged in matrimonial matters in both the Supreme Court and Family Court of both Nassau and Suffolk Counties, as well as appellate practice in the Second Department.  The Partnership of Schaub & Daly, LLP was established in June 2005.
