Nasty, unethical, rude person! Dana Grossblatt works for Nassau county as an 18b lawyer, (aka "free" ) so you get what you pay for. Dana puts her own reputation before the client's needs, and was way more interested in cultivating her relationship with the judge and the DA then she was in working for my best-interest. For my recent criminal case, she basically threw me under the bus giving the DA everything they asked for on a silver platter... and then some. Expect nothing more than 2 minute rushed phone calls, no explanations of the proceedings, and never an ounce of compassion or respect. Dana was also extremely rude to my family members when they tried getting information about my case, at one point even yelling at my elderly mother. Thanks to Dana's huge caseload and lack of interest in working on my behalf, when she knew my hands were tied and forced me to take a plea, I am now a convicted felon as well as a forced civil judgment against me... All hope of ever finding work again to support myself and my children, are now gone, and my credit will be ruined forever.
Do yourself a favor and hire a lawyer who will work for YOU and not the county!!

Ms. Grossblatt represented me recently in a criminal matter and I am so grateful for her knowledgeable and fair presentation of my case. Her courtroom manner and search for the truth in my case was awesome.
Truly a job well done. I absolutely recommend Ms. Grossblatt if one required excellent representation in a criminal matter.

She is an excellent lawyer. The best I've ever had hands down. I am currently still going to court for my domestic case but with mrs Grosblatt as my lawyer I trust it will all be over soon like the felony burglary charges (from another case she's expertly handling for me) which are in process of being dismissed
