Biography
For over 35 years I have represented victims of medical malpractice exclusively. My entire career has been devoted to trying to help patients whose lives have been affected by improper medical care. I am the current Chair of the Medical Malpractice Committe of the New York State Bar Association, Past President of NYSTLA, and am past-President of the State Bar's Trial Lawyer's Section. For three years I also was Chair of the Medical Malpractice Committee of the Bar Association of the City of New York.
My office takes great pride in the work that we do on behalf of victims of medical negligence. We have a nurse on our staff who works with us full time evaluating cases and assisting our clients. We also have a terrific network of medical experts willing to assist us on our cases.
We offer free consultations to anyone who thinks they may have been the victim of malpractice. We also work on a contingency basis, which means that we only earn a fee if we are successful and obtain a recovery for our clients.
