I called this firm looking for an attorney. Mr. Luke took my call and spent nearly an hour listening to me ramble on about my issue. Ultimately I did not file a lawsuit because after listening to Mr. Luke explain the law it was clear that there was a gap between what happened and what was actually ...actionable. I cannot believe that he took that much time to listen to me for FREE. I can only imagine how active he would be if I actually sued. He clearly knows what he is doing and would recommend him to anyone looking to bring an employment lawsuit.

I had the pleasure of finding and hiring John to help me with a recent issue with a former employer (involving severance and potential wrongful termination). John took the time to meet with me, talk about what I wanted, about how we could go about that, set clear timelines for deliverables, and then... executed on everything he said he would. John from our first meeting was very personable and seemed to truly care. Obviously, having dealt with lawyers in the past I assumed this was B.S. but as we went through the process I realized that John actually DOES care, he has an invested interest in doing the right thing and helping people - something I thought long-dead in the legal field. I was blown away at every turn that John was there to support me, guide me, and in the end, got me exactly what I had wanted - taking all the stress and burden off my plate. John read over my severance agreement, gave me advice as to what I could and could not have legal ground for, took over communication with my former employer and their legal team, dealt with deadlines and negotiated on my behalf. John wound up getting me over 50% more than I was originally intended. I literally could not have done it without him. I can't say enough good things about him and would more than highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good, hard-working, and personable lawyer.
