John Christopher Luke Jr.

John C. Luke, Jr. is a Partner at Abrams Fensterman LLP. He represents individual employees and companies in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, professional contracts, wage and hour matters, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. 1981, New York State Executive Law, New York City Restoration Act, the Family, and Medical Leave Act, and other types of employment-based litigation and disputes. Mr. Luke has been successful at trial as both a plaintiff’s attorney and a defense attorney. Mr. Luke has been successful at both defending and pursuing summary judgment. Serving clients throughout New York, New Jersey and California.  Mr. Luke is committed to providing his clients with excellent service and ensuring that they get the quality representation they deserve.

Mr. Luke received his J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Temple University. Mr. Luke is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars.

Throughout the span of his remarkable career, John C. Luke regularly obtains large settlements and has successfully won cases against Fortune-500 Companies. Recently he successfully settled two federal wage and hour cases for Eleven Million Dollars , Seven Million Dollars, and Four Million Dollars.  He continues to fight for positive results for each and every one of his clients.
