I had the pleasure of working with Jon Norinsberg and his team. They were nothing but courteous, caring, and involved in your personal struggles. With my case being slowed down due to COVID, they fought relentlessly for 5 years to make sure I was fairly compensated for my suffering. No matter what th...e playing field looked like, they make sure you get a fair shake. My specific case dealt with 5 different law firms trying to shut my case down, but Jon and his team never backed down, ultimately leading to a successful end to my case. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of me and my family during one of the hardest times of my life. Thank you Jon and thanks to your team. I am forever grateful.

I called this office and talked to a receptionist about police misconduct. I waited for a week to hear back before calling again. A week later I spoke with a woman who said I would recieve a call back. I expressed concern that I would infact not recieve a call back at which point she stated that they... would not take my case. I then expressed my concern that they could have simply could have told me this instead of making me wait two weeks. What followed was a childish tantrum as the woman attempted to talk over me.

I never had a chance to speak to the Atty. I called the office number first and a nice man/operator asked me few questions. Told me I'd hear from them soon. One week later I called again and this time a nice lady promised a call back very soon. A female paralegal called me within minutes. Our haste..., twice interrupted conversation was concluded quickly, right after I, slightly disheartened, suggested that maybe it would be best if I sent the description of the events, as I saw them, to her in writing. She gladly agreed and I sent my story immediately. I never got a response. After one week, I sent that paralegal a frienfly reminder to which she wrote back that unfortunately, at that time the firm could not help me. My follow up question what the reason was, went unanswered. Regardless whether my case was within the firm's scope of work or not, I expected a professional, curtious, sincere approach. I never received that.
