I gave money to this attorney to protect me in a mortgage related issue. He took the money & did absolutely nothing. He avoided me. Refused to discuss the case with me. He lied to me when he said he would protect me. Someone else here said he is a do nothing attorney & they were right. He won't talk ...with you, meet you, strategize with you, put in motions, read your documents - nothing. It's inconceivable that such a bad attorney exists. Because he did nothing, I asked for a partial refund of fees which he refused so I took him to Arbitration & won. His work ethic is so flawed that I was in grave danger from the moment I went with Charles Wallshein. Stay away. He doesn't care about doing the legal work for you, only in collecting fees.
