Charles Wallshein

Charles has been an attorney for 27 years, has done pro-bono for widows, divorced women taking care of grade school kids, families with sick children who had chronic diseases and countless other people who were in dire straits but no way to protect themselves when banks were acting in bad faith in th...eir specific matter. He has saved people's homes, fought cases denied by lower court decisions in the Supreme Court and has been successful many times. He works 6 days a week, most nights until 7 or 8pm because he actually cares about helping his clients and their families. Charles is considered one of the top 10 Foreclosure Defense Attorneys in the Country by his peers and colleagues, I know because in the 5 years he defended me, I was able to meet many attorneys in court and his office and hear all the wonderful stories people told me about his work. He always made me feel safe and comfortable and as they say when it comes to legal matters, no news is good news. A few complaints in 27 years, I guess even Coca Cola has some unsatisfied customers...if you're reading this, just remember, there are two sides to every story!

This is my first ever online review so do not take my words lightly. Do not hire him! He will promise you everything and deliver nothing. He strategizes on occasion but never follows through on anything. He rarely responds to emails, he does not read documents that have been sent to his office on... your behalf and does not remember one case from the next regardless of how many times you email or call him to remind him. When challenged why he is disengaged or hasn't followed through on something he finds a way to blame you and becomes verbally aggressive. There are so many negatives here I suggest you read all the negative comments and piece them together; they all have a common thread.
