We received an RFE on our 601a packet due to this CARELESS firm submitting the waiver with NO EVIDENCE attached to support our claims. My husband was almost denied due to their carelessness. I have reported them to the BBB and will continue to leave reviews on every site possible to spread awareness.... I received a call 7 days into the 14 days we had to respond, letting me know that it was going to be denied due to the paralegal not having time to resubmit the packet! I took matters into my own hands and created a new letter with evidence included and submitted it on my own. This firm is incompetent and should be ashamed of themselves for taking hard earned money from their clients for NOTHING. Shame on you!!!

Mi inconformidad con el señor David es por su poco profecionalismo....yo empese un tramite de imigracion en el cual me aseguraron que con los requisitos que me requerian mi tramite se hiba a demorar no mas de un año el cual acepte....paso el primer año y no bi ningun resultado entonces desidi hacer... una cita con el abogado el cual me rechasaron diciendo que el se encontraba ocupado y no sabian cuando me podia dar una cita y hasta el dia de hoy no he podido hacer una cita con el ya pasaron casi 4 año y nada ..perdi mi dinero y mi tiempo lastimosamente no he resivido ninguna llamada departe de ellos para poder discutir mi inconformidad....si alguien ha tenido los mismo problemas que el mio por favor denunciemoslo para que no haygan mas personas en la misma situación que la mia...no busco que me retomen mi caso si no que me expliquen por qué mi caso nunca se vieron resultados...a las personas que pudieran leer este cometario les trato de prevenir su perdida de tiempo con él ya que es lo unico que no se puede recuperar!!

Dear Mr. Sperling: I am writing this letter to you to let you know about an exceptional employee you have in your firm. I am talking about Hulda Mazariegos. We came to you in October of 2012 for my husband’s case. At first there were errors made on my case which one of those errors was made by ...you. I am not sure if you recall. Fortunately when I got a letter from homeland security stating we were denied and needed more proof of hardship the person handling my case was out and Hulda came in the picture to help me out. I have to tell you that her professionalism and the amount of care she took with my case was unbelievable. She saw my husband and me beyond clients. She saw in us a friend, even a family member in that position. She took our case on a personal level with so much care. To her I was not just a client she was determined to make sure our case was approved, even though she was told it would not be approved after that first denial letter we received. She did not believe that, she put her trust in God and in herself to write the best affidavit she could write for us. We finally got our approval and got our interview date. Hulda went out of her way to come all the way to my house to deliver paperwork I might need to take with me just in case they asked for it. My appointment was for November 6th 2014. I had to leave Oct 30th because my Dr. Appointment had to be done Oct 31st so the lab work etc. could be ready by the 6th. The day I left Oct 30th at 11am the embassy sends me an email requesting all this other paperwork my husband was going to need for the interview. I did not have all that paperwork with me of course since they had told us we did not need anything except the lab work from the doctor. I was frantic so I emailed Hulda and even texted her. Hulda was so expedient in getting me the paperwork since you had a lot of it. She emailed it to me and I was able to go to a place in El Salvador and print the stuff I needed and was ready for the interview. My family is going to be kept together and honestly this letter and the flowers I gave her is not enough for what she has done. I had put all my faith in God and that God was going to do the right thing for us. Hulda was the person God sent to help us. I finally feel blessed out of all the bad things that kept happening to us. You have no idea how much this changed my life and that of my family. I will never be able to repay Hulda but the least I can do is write this letter. I am not trying to tell you how to run your office but I honestly believe Hulda deserves a raise because of her I will refer many people who will need an attorney. I will tell them to work specifically with Hulda because of the care she took with my case. Hulda is an asset to your firm and I hope you appreciate her for this. Another person that I got to work with on a different case was Adam Tavares. My brother in-law was detained by immigration and he showed me step by step on what to do for the bond and where to go. Most people that where there had been there 2 or 3 times. On my first time I had everything I needed thanks to Adam giving me all the information I would need to go there. Mr. Sperling is the best and most knowledgeable Immigration Attorney on Long Island. My wife and I have been with him for 15 years. We saw 4 or 5 different attorneys before we retained Mr. Sperling. My wife had an extremely difficult case that most of the attorneys said lets start right now but no... guarantee. From the start Mr. Sperling told us that we need to be patient and wait for the right moment to proceed with our motions. Everything he told us was accurate. He explains every detail to us so we fully understand what to expect. His staff of paralegals is outstanding. They were all terrific at communicating with me with documents that I needed and also assisted in obtaining tax documents for me that I needed.
