I want to take a moment to commend Mr. Sperling and his team (Hulda, Adam , Lia and the administrative staff). I cried with relief and joy on Thursday when Our case was decided in our favor. The entire team has been very professional. They have also provided a sense of humanity and compassion. the te...am spent hours painstakingly getting our paperwork together. If it is true that a leader can be measured by the quality and effectiveness of his team, then David Sperling is outstanding. My name is Luis, and I remember my mother retaining the attorney in 2004 to represent me in immigration court. I was 13 years old when my case started. Throughout the years, my attorney filed different applications in order to help me obtain status in this country. My case went through many different... stages from Asylum in immigration court to Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. In 2012, my adjustment was filed. However, it was delayed because of a terrible accident that I underwent. I was charged with a D.W.I. and I was given 3 years probation and am still on probation. I was charged with a misdemeanor. In the End, I was finally able to obtain my Green Card and if there is one person in the office who knows my case very well is the attorney's paralegal, Hulda. She help me though the whole process, she help me filed every application i need it to present to immigration. she was very helpful and understanding. I truly thank David Sperling for all the hard work done on my case since 2004 and for the great staff who truly cares about their clients. Dear Mr. Sperling: I am writing this letter to you to let you know about an exceptional employee you have in your firm. I am talking about Hulda Mazariegos. We came to you in October of 2012 for my husband’s case. At first there were errors made on my case which one of those errors was made by ...you. I am not sure if you recall. Fortunately when I got a letter from homeland security stating we were denied and needed more proof of hardship the person handling my case was out and Hulda came in the picture to help me out. I have to tell you that her professionalism and the amount of care she took with my case was unbelievable. She saw my husband and me beyond clients. She saw in us a friend, even a family member in that position. She took our case on a personal level with so much care. To her I was not just a client she was determined to make sure our case was approved, even though she was told it would not be approved after that first denial letter we received. She did not believe that, she put her trust in God and in herself to write the best affidavit she could write for us. We finally got our approval and got our interview date. Hulda went out of her way to come all the way to my house to deliver paperwork I might need to take with me just in case they asked for it. My appointment was for November 6th 2014. I had to leave Oct 30th because my Dr. Appointment had to be done Oct 31st so the lab work etc. could be ready by the 6th. The day I left Oct 30th at 11am the embassy sends me an email requesting all this other paperwork my husband was going to need for the interview. I did not have all that paperwork with me of course since they had told us we did not need anything except the lab work from the doctor. I was frantic so I emailed Hulda and even texted her. Hulda was so expedient in getting me the paperwork since you had a lot of it. She emailed it to me and I was able to go to a place in El Salvador and print the stuff I needed and was ready for the interview. My family is going to be kept together and honestly this letter and the flowers I gave her is not enough for what she has done. I had put all my faith in God and that God was going to do the right thing for us. Hulda was the person God sent to help us. I finally feel blessed out of all the bad things that kept happening to us. You have no idea how much this changed my life and that of my family. I will never be able to repay Hulda but the least I can do is write this letter. I am not trying to tell you how to run your office but I honestly believe Hulda deserves a raise because of her I will refer many people who will need an attorney. I will tell them to work specifically with Hulda because of the care she took with my case. Hulda is an asset to your firm and I hope you appreciate her for this. Another person that I got to work with on a different case was Adam Tavares. My brother in-law was detained by immigration and he showed me step by step on what to do for the bond and where to go. Most people that where there had been there 2 or 3 times. On my first time I had everything I needed thanks to Adam giving me all the information I would need to go there. First, some full disclosure: I was never a client of David Sperling, but I did work for him previously. So I got to see how he handled his whole client base, not just one individual client. The one thing that I will praise him most for is the fact that he cares about his clients and works hard for... them. He keeps his clients informed about the status of their cases. I don't remember seeing any cases that fell through the cracks. Further, Mr. Sperling knows the law. And if he doesn't, he has the tools to find the answer to an issue quickly and efficiently. Mr. Sperling is also very intelligent, and will sit down with for a consultation and explain to you what needs to be done in your case. The course that he chooses is usually the best possible argument that could have been made. I will not hesitate to recommend Mr. Sperling, because he will give you the competent legal representation that you need, and will diligently pursue your case and make sure that deadlines are met, forms are properly filed, all supporting evidence is submitted, and that you made the best possible argument for your case. In the end, this is exactly what you need in an immigration attorney.

I went to Mr Sperling to renew my residency and he recommended that I just become a citizen of the US. My fear was that I had made some mistakes in the past that showed up on my record and it may cause a problem, but the people handling my case let me know that this shouldn't be a problem since it wa...s in the past and I haven't been in any trouble since. I will be naturalized shortly and I can't thank David Sperling and his attentive staff enough.
