I hired Larry Flowers to represent me on a speeding ticket. I paid him in full, prior to my Court date. He said I did not have to appear because he would appear on my behalf. He ends up going to Court a day late and then calls me to tell me that they won't do any type of plea deal. TOTAL B.S. They wo...uldn't do anything because you forgot to show up!
