Helped enormously on an employment issue

Byron and his firm helped my wife with an issue she was having with her employer. New "leadership" had come into her company and had begun to make her do things that were not in her contract and for no additional pay and were threatening her if she wouldn't comply. Byron and the Divins and Divins fir...m helped her enormously and in a way that allowed her to stay in her job for a long time after that (something I figured would be impossible if we got attorneys involved.) I can't recommend Byron highly enough.

The BEST divorce lawyer

I met with Byron based on a referral from a friend of my sister's that used him for her divorce. Byron has been a pleasure to deal with throughout my separation/divorce. He has given me priceless advice and has held my hand throughout the process. On a few occasions I have had to speak with him at cr...azy hours of the night as well as a few weekends, Byron has always been there for me. I have already recommended him to several people.

Byron was a complete pleasure to work with. He handled my divorce with professionalism, was efficient and gave service with a smile. He made sure I understood everything completely and made suggestions to make the process more favorable for me. I'm so happy that I found him.

If you want the BEST, look no further!!

Byron is an outstanding attorney and has helped me navigate the difficult and stressful world of divorce with an expertise and dedication that made the whole process a lot less stressful. As I member of the United States Navy like Byron has been for more than a decade he brings his sense of service, ...commitment, and honor to your case needs, like he has been dedicated to this great nation. Whenever an issue arose no matter what day of the week it was, or what time it was he was there to help. Unlike many other attorneys I never felt rushed at all and he would oftentimes take as much time as I needed to understand all aspects of the issue at hand and the legal ramifications of the options. If you were to speak to Byron about any legal needs you might have know that your not just hiring an attorney, your hiring the BEST!!

The best of the best!

As anyone can imagine, the task of getting divorced and having two very young children is extremely daunting. A friend of mine suggested Mr. Divins and so I went to see him. After an hour, free-consultation, I walked out of his office feeling as if the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulder...s. I'm an elementary school teacher and don't know a thing about the law, divorce or how to handle angry, difficult adversaries. Byron assured me that he would handle everything from soup to nuts and that he'd walk me through everything, step by step. And that is exactly what he did! Not only is Byron a talented lawyer, but he is a caring, tireless, patient and understanding man. With every step along the way, he explained what was happening, asked me my thoughts, listened to my concerns and made sure I was doing ok. Byron cares about his clients. He's invested in their well-being and will fight for what he believes. He was available at all hours of the day, 7 days a week and made me feel as if my case was the most important one he had. I highly recommend Byron as a lawyer, and know first-hand that he is among the very best in New York.
