I hired David to help represent me against a contractor who had not fulfilled his obligations in my home. David had been referred by his wife on a local mom Facebook board and I knew nothing of the quality of his work but had a good feeling after our initial free consult and his timely follow-up. He was accessible at all times conveniently meeting me in our home for our initial meeting and also made himself available via phone, e-mail and, even, text messaging. We are at the end of the process now having agreed on a fair settlement amount. Due to his efficiency, command of the law and “get it done right the first time” attitude, David was able to resolve my contractor problem within the retainer budget.
