Unfortunately I am able to say I have used my fair share of attorneys 8-10 years ago and was never truly satisfied with the experiences I had. Those attorneys would offer false hopes, and do the bare minimum by not caring about my particular case and act as if I was just another paycheck. At my arraignment, Mr. Healy arrived promptly at the agreed time and was able to work some magic to allow for a short date following due to my particular situation. The following dates Mr. Healy listened to all of my concerns, and understood the course of action behind the misdemeanor that we needed to take to get it dismissed. After two extremely short dates and going back and forth with the district attorney, Mr. Healy was able to get my case completely dismissed because i was wrongfully charged. The time frame of my case from arraignment to dismissal was five days. Mr. Healy showed compassion, dedication to my case and professionalism at all times. Words can truly not explain how ecstatic I was with his service.

I hired mr healy in 2013 as my lawyer. I paid him $6000 to handle a criminal case for me. We sat in his office and he spoon feed me a bunch of lines. I had never been in any form of trouble in 35 years on this earth. He told me I was in great hands, I had nothing to worry about. He knew most of the j...udges and DA in queens court. He promised to take all these steps. Promises after promises to make on my behalf. This man never did any of these promises once he had my money. I could hardly find him to find out about my case. When i got a hold of him he was either sick or out of the country for 3 weeks. My freedom is on the line and I'm sure others were paying this man take vacations. I ended up doing a year in jail because of the lack of representation by John Healy. This man looked me in the face and his remark was it just a year. Like people don't have kids and responsibilities to handle. I had to do 80 percent of his work for him.
