I've spoken to a lot of lawyers during my Lord of the Rings style quest for divorce information. Some have been courteous and given me a moment of their time. Some have point blank refused the second they think there's a possibility I won't be useful to them. Michael is one of the few with the kindne...ss and patience to go through my case like a human being. He listened, he talked, and at the end, he recommended I pursued my case in a different state. Anyone who puts the time in to recommend you don't do business with them is the type of person I wouldn't hesitate to recommend doing business with. Michael was an excellent attorney who helped me through a very difficult divorce with my very unreasonable ex wife. When Michael wasn't able to get me a quick , amicable and fair settlement, he began a more aggressive approach to my divorce. Michael began to slowly wear down my-ex and he finally help...ed me get settlement that I was pleased with. Michael knows divorce law and knows how to strategize against his adversaries to bring them to their knees when they are not amicable. His legal paperwork is also impeccable . Michael was pretty much superior to my wife's lawyer in every way from his professionalism to his litigation strategies. Michael is always available to speak with and always makes you feel your case is very important to him. Michael is knowable is ALL areas of divorce and custody and I would strongly recommend just about anyone in any situation to him.

Despite all of the emotional baggage, negativity and stress that comes with a divorce Michael is highly-effective at focusing on the getting though the divorce with least amount of collateral damage. I believe that we (Michael and I) came out of my divorce successfully. It's not winning, it's a...bout coming out of it fairly. In my case, we have two young children involved. Michael and I developed a strategy and we stuck by it throughout the emotional roller coaster known as a divorce proceeding. Although the proceeding took a bit longer to execute than it should have (thanks to the flip-flopping of the other side), we finally got it done. Finances and kids fairly handled. Little to no collateral damage from the divorce proceedings. One comment that Michael made early on that impacted me is that a divorce is a business separation. Said another way, I/you need to look at divorce as a separation of a business-- nothing personal; it's only business. Anytime I found myself getting a little emotionally charged-up, I would remind myself, "this is just business." Beyond that, Michael is very knowledgeable and adept at providing the pros and cons for every question, option or scenario to help guide me (or you) through this journey. Most importantly, he knows the law. He was patient, kind, and really enabled me (or you) to make the best decisions with all of the information in front of you. Michael was not interested in starting World War 3 between you and your spouse if unwarranted, but he surely did not suffer fools lightly. If the opposing lawyer made poor comments, motions, etc. he was quick and aggressive to nip that in the butt. Anytime we hit some turbulence with the opposing lawyer, it was extinguished. I would strongly recommend Michael to another and I have already done so. I would certainly use him again, but I hope that I won't need to.

I used Michael for my divorce. He was my second attorney and what a difference he made from the first attorney. Whenever I called Michael he always either answered his phone or got back to me right away. He fought very hard for me and got my case settled as quick as he could. He also didn't bill me f...or every minute he could. I called him many times to ask him questions and he answered my questions and spent time on the phone with me and didn't chsrge me a penny. He made a difficult time much easier for me.
