Where to begin? Well let's just say I was driving on the Northern State on the left lane. My exit was approaching so turned my signal on, went into the middle lane. Turned my signal on again to head into the right lane but of course there was a car in my blind spot. He honked and flashed his high bea...ms. Ended up exiting but as soon as I got onto the ramp lights were flashing behind me. At the end I received 3 tickets (improper passing, unsafe passing, crossing hazard lines) each a big fine and 3 points. I found Matt through a google search and very happy I decided to follow through. He answered my call and set up a free consultation. Explained my options and the best and worse case scenarios. I decided to retain him and glad I did. One ticket was dismissed and the two others were bumped down to non-moving violations which means no points. I would definitely recommend him. Matt is my first traffic attorney and would continue to be when needed. I was on my way to work at the Emergency room, driving on the LIE and stuck in major traffic. I tried beating the traffic by crossing the HOV lane because everyone else was doing it. Sure enough the vehicle behind me was an und...ercover highway patrol officer and pulled me over. After explaining that I was running late to work and trying to get around the traffic, he handed me a scroll of papers that contained about 4 tickets - in which were about 300$ each, along with 8 points to be added onto my licenses. It was the worst mistake of my life and I totally regretted it. I was so worried and stressed. That night I searched for answers and help. I was beyond stunned at the fact that he was able to do all of this with just a screen shot of my tickets and at such a short period of time. I didn't even have to meet him and everything was handled over text and a few phone calls. He literally sounded like a friend on the phone and he worked everything out. I was able to rest assure that I wasn't getting any points on my license and that I wouldn't have to pay thousands of dollars in fines. I'm so thankful and I highly recommend Matthew.

I had a suspension on my license due to some unanswered tickets I never received notifications for. Thanks to Matt, I didn't have to appear once in court and he knocked down my fines significantly. I wound up not having to pay any late fees at all, and these tickets were given in 2015! So he saved me... multiple court visits, time and a decent chunk of change. Wife got into an accident and was facing points and huge fine. I knew Matt from a few mutual acquaintances and he was able to help me eliminate the points and reduce the fine to little more than a parking ticket. Great responsive attorney...would all attorneys be like Matt, maybe the field would ...garner more respect. :)

My wife was running late to the train station one day and so I offered to drop her off so she doesn't have to drive and find parking. I made a left turn on a neighborhood street that prohibits this turn between 6AM and 10AM (which is ridiculous but that's another story) and sure enough a cop was wait...ing there...just my luck. Anyway the ticket would've cost me 2 points on my otherwise squeaky clean, 0 points, driving record, and $300+ in fines. Since I didn't want my insurance to increase because of this ridiculous violation, I decided to hire a lawyer and got Matt's contact info from an acquaintance. He contacted me almost immediately after I called his office (oh and this was a holiday too by the way, I think it was MLK Day) and explained to me what my options were. He was also very honest in telling me that since I have a clean record, I can show up at court myself and most likely get my fine reduced. I didn't want to deal with the hassle and taking a day off work etc. so I hired Matt. Fast forward a few weeks later (took this long because the ticket was not registered in the system yet) and Matt was able to plead my case down from a moving violation to jaywalking, with ZERO points attached and a reduced fine!!! Oh and just to put icing on the cake, he got me 30 days to pay for it! All thru this process we pretty much conducted all our communications via text and short phone calls, from sending him a photo of the tickets to him sending me notice of appearances and the final pleading; very efficient and he responds within 5 minutes or less. Needless to say I am very happy with his services and so far this is the best decision I've made in 2017.
