I hired Matthew in autumn of 2017 to reduce a speeding ticket to a minor infraction or have ticket abolished. Well, due to Covid and what not, the hearing was delayed 4 years but finally was set up. Mathew not only reduced speeding ticket but won the case outright. The officer who showed up testifi...ed to the wrong infraction date. The judge then decided to dismiss the case.
