Best Traffic Lawyer in Long Island!

Matt is my first traffic attorney and would continue to be when needed. I was on my way to work at the Emergency room, driving on the LIE and stuck in major traffic. I tried beating the traffic by crossing the HOV lane because everyone else was doing it. Sure enough the vehicle behind me was an und...ercover highway patrol officer and pulled me over. After explaining that I was running late to work and trying to get around the traffic, he handed me a scroll of papers that contained about 4 tickets - in which were about 300$ each, along with 8 points to be added onto my licenses. It was the worst mistake of my life and I totally regretted it. I was so worried and stressed. That night I searched for answers and help. I came across Matthew's website and decide to send him a message concerning my case. Within hours, he called me back and said he was willing to help me. All he asked was to see a screen shot of the tickets. So I sent it to him and the next day he told me he would be able to handle everything and told me not to worry. He reassured me because I was having major fear of huge penalties and fines. Within the next week, Matt sent me a message saying that he handled my case and he sent me all the details on how he was able to get my case down to ZERO points and a huge reduction in my fines. I was beyond stunned at the fact that he was able to do all of this with just a screen shot of my tickets and at such a short period of time. I didn't even have to meet him and everything was handled over text and a few phone calls. He literally sounded like a friend on the phone and he worked everything out. I was able to rest assure that I wasn't getting any points on my license and that I wouldn't have to pay thousands of dollars in fines. I'm so thankful and I highly recommend Matthew.

Matt saved me a lot of money and TIME

I had a suspension on my license due to some unanswered tickets I never received notifications for. Thanks to Matt, I didn't have to appear once in court and he knocked down my fines significantly. I wound up not having to pay any late fees at all, and these tickets were given in 2015! So he saved me... multiple court visits, time and a decent chunk of change. I highly recommend working with Mr. Matt Freer. He's extremely helpful and forthcoming. His availability is extremely flexible and he'll always answer your texts or calls. I couldn't be happier to have the looming stress gone. Thanks a bunch Matt. I'll be in touch incase I ever need representation again!

Take my advice, add Matt Freer to your contacts now!

My wife was running late to the train station one day and so I offered to drop her off so she doesn't have to drive and find parking. I made a left turn on a neighborhood street that prohibits this turn between 6AM and 10AM (which is ridiculous but that's another story) and sure enough a cop was wait...ing there...just my luck. Anyway the ticket would've cost me 2 points on my otherwise squeaky clean, 0 points, driving record, and $300+ in fines. Since I didn't want my insurance to increase because of this ridiculous violation, I decided to hire a lawyer and got Matt's contact info from an acquaintance. He contacted me almost immediately after I called his office (oh and this was a holiday too by the way, I think it was MLK Day) and explained to me what my options were. He was also very honest in telling me that since I have a clean record, I can show up at court myself and most likely get my fine reduced. I didn't want to deal with the hassle and taking a day off work etc. so I hired Matt. Fast forward a few weeks later (took this long because the ticket was not registered in the system yet) and Matt was able to plead my case down from a moving violation to jaywalking, with ZERO points attached and a reduced fine!!! Oh and just to put icing on the cake, he got me 30 days to pay for it! All thru this process we pretty much conducted all our communications via text and short phone calls, from sending him a photo of the tickets to him sending me notice of appearances and the final pleading; very efficient and he responds within 5 minutes or less. Needless to say I am very happy with his services and so far this is the best decision I've made in 2017.

Will keep on hiring Matt if I need a lawyer

Matt is very professional and hardworking always keeping me up to date even late at night he'll send a text or leave a message. In the Summer of 2016 I was heading Westbound I was pulled over for not obeying a traffic device, I almost missed my exit. I received a ticket and the court wanted to give m...e points on my license as well as a fine. Matt was able to reduce the ticket to a parking ticket and no points! Fast forward to November heading home from college I was pulled over again this time for speeding (70 in a 55) also on the LIE. Court wanted to give me a fine and two points on my license and weren't being too lenient because of my earlier offense over the summer. Odds were against me but Matt said he would take care of it not to worry just give him some time. Sure enough, he kept his word I was again only given a parking ticket. Matt definitely knows what he's doing and always looks for the best possible outcome for his client.

Terrific service.

Mr. Freer from jump to finish was always available for a phone call, he got the job done. Months ago I was stopped for a headlight out, I could not for the life of me find my insurance card and was given a second ticket for operating without a licence. I'm a commerical driver and I drive at night s...o when I was able to go to the courthouse I realized the original copy of my insurance card wasn't going to cut it...they needed written proof from the company, notarized and signed by a duly appointed employee. The court made this seem like it would be so easy to attain this and be back for the afternoon hearings...it took over a month. By the time it finally came I had received a letter that I needed to pay an amount or show up. I paid the amount bc I am too busy. I then thought it was settled...I got a bill for almost 2000$$. It also said I could have my licence, my livelihood suspended bc I let it go for so long--stupid me. Matt took my case on immediately. He was always available and even texted me before and after consultation while he was taking care of everything. Easy to talk to and relate with, he assured me he would fight to get me the lowest settlement and make sure my abstract would be taken care of. Because he had to reopen the case it took a while to get it to court be he went for me, fought and got me a squeaky clean abstract and I had to pay NOTHING to the county. I will recommend Matt to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you so much for handling this quickly and pain free for me.
