Lifesaver
Matt is a cool, easy going guy and great lawyer! He told me it would take time and effort and he would not stop until the end goal was reached. He got me out of a serious situation with no criminal record and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Terrible lawyer
I made the mistake of not researching before hiring Mr.Freer I was in need of a criminal defense attorney which he said he was. I later found out he misrepresented himself & is a traffic lawyer. After giving him a retainer of $2000 I realized I had made a mistake. He is very personable at first ........
"I have known Matt for over 25 years. In that time he has become a formidable lawyer and colleague. He too believes in zealous representation of his clients. Overall he’s a nice guy that gets the job done."
"Matthew provides those who are seeking legal advice with comprehensive and practical insights, including as it relates to negotiating payments owned in connection with speeding and/or traffic issues. He conveys familiarity with different players involved in such issues and inspires confidence that he knows what he is talking about and doing."
"One of the best traffic attorneys out there. Matt is very knowledgeable and extremely dedicated to his clients. And he is a great person. You won't find a better attorney and person."
