My case was a class c felony and he got it down to a misdemeanor. Well , yes he probably could've done more. But unfortunately in my case there was alot of fingers pointing at me. And really this lawyer is tuff. You go there you speak to the big lawyer boss man but he has a bunch of other lawyers loo...king into the case , calling you ,calling the a.d.a. , they email you, they text you , call you, gather proof, it's like they are your friends. Came to Russ Kofman when my prior lawyer told me I had to take 5 years on an assault 1 felony in NYC and was about to get violated on a vop. They said they had the slashing on video but I needed a lawyer who was a fighter and I interviewed a lot of lawyers most of whom said this was probably my best ...deal.
