Do not use this attorney! He took my money and never followed up with the courts requests for additional and proper paperwork. When i called and emailed , i was ignored. This went on for over a year and finally the court dismissed my case due to a lack of follow up and as such, I am now not allow...ed to sue the person who owed me 100k. The federal court dismissed my attempts to file another claim against the party i was trying to regain my 100k. They admitted he committed malpractice and I am now suing mr rozenberg for malpractice and punitive damages. Do not take any chance with this man. You will regret it!!

I and my mife filled a divorse case with Zachary Rozenberg at his office on 1629 Sheepshead Bay Road in Brooklyn in March 2016. Paid $1,500 and were promised to have it completed in three to four months. After some time we tried to reach him numerous times but he was never available to get back to us.... I have visited his office personally but he moved out and when I called him his secretary refused to give his new address. Never got back to us! It's has been going on for more than a year now, and I am going to take him to the court to get my money back and perhaps some more. I believe he is a crook and perspective customers should beware!!!
