Instead of investigating and sorting out her flawed invoicing practice (sending invoices NOT in order, claiming that they were sent automatically but failing to provide proof that they were sent, thus gene...rating questions about how I was quoted and billed), she talked to me in a disrespectful, intemperate, and aggressive manner accusing me of lying. In the end, she ended up refunding a small portion of the retainer, but it did not compensate for a disgraceful experience that I had. This has never happened to me before and I am still surprised by such an interaction with an attorney.
