Biography
I opened Bondar Legal P.C. in 2021 with a simple idea: the kind of counsel that big institutions get should be available to the businesses and people of Rockland County, Westchester, and Northern New Jersey — without the big-firm meter running.
I spent over a decade on the other side of the table: senior counsel to public agencies, including a $16 billion infrastructure program, negotiating hundreds of contracts and observing how disputes are actually decided. That perspective is now what my clients hire me for — I know what the government's lawyers are looking for, where contracts break down, and which fights are worth having. When a negotiated resolution serves you better than a courtroom, I'll tell you so.
