I have been an executive officer at an international telecommunications and media company for the past approximately fifteen years, and have worked closely with Mr. Galligan for a variety of my firm's legal matters for close to nearly a decade.
From the onset of our professional relationship, Mr. Galligan demonstrated expertise in dealing with a multitude of legal issues I needed to handle on behalf of the company regarding lease agreements for real property involving our telecommunications equipment, including all facets relating to same such as contracts, permit applications, and associations with the residential, business, and political communities involved in various stages of the decision-making processes that ultimately affected my company and hundreds of thousands of dollars in infrastructure investment.
Mr. Galligan not only always achieved our stated goals in terms of his legal services provided, but always took the time to keenly understand the issues we faced in our particular line of business. His incredible attention to detail, as well as availability to communicate both internally and externally at the drop of a dime, together with his efficient practice, always left my team and me confident that all work would be completed on a timely basis, and done right in order to achieve the expected result. Having worked with many attorneys over the years, from various "prestigious" law firms, I consistently found Mr. Galligan's approach to his practice, and successful results, as setting him apart from the other lawyers we engaged.
Just to provide one case in point, Mr. Galligan handled a litigation matter in New York that had my firm on the line for nearly half a million dollars in potential losses from reconstruction efforts relating to valuable telecommunications relay equipment. Mr. Galligan handled the case as instructed having formulated strategy that resulted not only in a successful outcome, but an outcome that was achieved in such an efficient manner that our legal services budget in a complicated multi-party case still came in under-budget. Needless to say, Mr. Galligan not only made himself "look good," but accomplished the same for me.
I recommend Mr. Galligan's legal services for a variety of business related legal services and I am happy to endorse his various areas of expertise.

Mr. Galligan proved to be an incredibly effective attorney who took the time to understand my industry (real estate development), my particular business, and the dispute my team had been involved in. Mr. Galligan made himself reachable at almost any time, and never lapsed in providing me with timely and invaluable advice, insight, and status updates. I would highly recommend Mr. Galligan and his firm, Cuddy & Feder LLP.
