Mr. Augustin Tella is the greatest attorney I have ever known. As a Real Estate Broker for 35 years, I have been working with various attorneys in Pakistan, Dubai, Florida and now in NYC, but found him the best, economical, honest and a man of great integrity and a man of intelligent approach. I have... known him for the last 15 years and referred to him many high value clients of mine, and all of them were fully satisfied with him and had great reviews. Sometimes ago, I was a little upset with him and was of the view that he is not doing right, subsequently, consulted three top attorneys in Queens to replace Mr.Tella, It was a pleasant surprise for me that all three were very respectful about Mr.Tella and asked me to continue with him, that authenticated his honesty, popularity and right approach, that really impressed me, hence this review. I have hired him many times for my own Landlord/Tenant cases and he always proved worthy of his selection. I strongly recommend to hire him to get the best results possible.

I hired Mr. Tella in December 2016 for landlord tenant eviction and court date for December, to find out that he was in not in the country and no court date untilFebruary. Lack of communcation, I would call the offfice and put on hold for at least twenty minutes or never answer. He has nevercallem ...back until I put in a BAR comp[laint and still did not speak to me but left a message. I fired him.

We had an issue with a squatter in my building. My tenant who I had gave a lease to had vacated the apartment. A squatter thought he had rights to the apartment because he paid the utilities. The case ended up going to trial and Mr. Tella was able to settle the case on my behalf as that the sqautter ...didnt have rights to the apartment .
