Had severed her own 30 days office which she was advise was defective non-the less she insisted on proceeding with hiring us to obtain a court date for her to that extent she signed a waiver expressly releasing myself, my office and any of my agents from responsibility and liability. Based upon her waiver and release and insisted we proceeded with the evict case which was anticipated ran into significant difficulties. Her Tenant realizing the defect in her "predicate notice which was prepared By Linda W. herself sort several delays through adjournments by the tenants lawyers. Linda W. was fully aware of all these developments. I am dismay to say the lease that Linda W. elected to post the foregoing comment giving the facts that I have described here in my replay and giving the fact That Linda W. has been my client for over 10 years.
