Courteous, professional and knowledgeable!
My family hired Mrs. Anderson to plan for the transferring of our property upon the future passing of my parents. I cannot express how much of a pleasure it was to work with her. She is genuinely a compassionate individual who takes pride in providing service to her clients. She's patient, thorough and a wealth of knowledge. Extremely adept in her sector of law, she was able to clearly explain and help us identify the best course of action for our specific needs. Breath of fresh air!
Mrs. Anderson came highly recommended by a colleague of mine. When I came to Mrs. Anderson, I had lost thousands of dollars and missed out on about three different homes due to inspections and a previous attorney whom screwed me over. I was very frustrated with the process of purchasing my first home. After meeting with Mrs. Anderson, I felt encouraged and motivated again. It was like a breath of fresh air. I was fully informed and over prepared for the closing process. Mrs. Anderson was very honest and explained the process thoroughly. I felt that there was no request that was too big or too much. If your looking for an honest and knowledgeable attorney that will patiently guide you, then Mrs. Anderson's law group is it! Excellent Service
I hired Miss Anderson's law firm for help with closing on my first home. From day one she sat me down and explained all the ramifications of the contract. Due to some constraints with the seller and the program that I chose, it took me almost two years to close (no fault of Miss Anderson). During this time Miss Anderson's team followed up with me and liaised with the seller attorney and program administration. Her office went above and beyond. She exercised extreme patience, I was impressed with her attention to detail, always making sure that the provisions were fair. I would not hesitate in recommending her services. If you are in need of a great lawyer then Greta Gainer Anderson should be an easy choice.

Very Comfortable
My realtor recommended attorney Greta Gainer Anderson to me when I was selling my home. She made my mother and I feel very comfortable when we first met her. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. Most lawyers would just have you sign your life away without giving you the opportunity to review and ask questions, however, attorney Anderson took her time and made sure if there was something we didn’t understand she would explain it in laymen’s terms. My mother is 80 and is from the old school but she was pleased with the compassion and professionalism that was showed to us by attorney Anderson and her staff. I would highly recommend attorney Anderson to anyone who would be in need of an attorney.

Our home purchase
My wife and I resently purchased our first home. Mrs. Anderson and her staff was very knowledgable and professional in helping us throughout this whole stressful process. Mrs. Anderson and her staff responded promptly to all the emails and question we had. Competent and Caring Services
I was in need of a lawyer to handle the guardianship process for my elderly parent. I had no particular lawyer in mind until I remembered my cousin had just completed this same process for his mother and would be able to offer a recommendation. Even though Greta was located in Jamaica, NY and I live in the Bronx, on the strength of my cousin's recommendation and outcome I decided to give her a try. I am now at the conclusion of the guardianship process and must say that Greta made this rather complicated process very manageable and as stress-free as possible. Very timely execution of all phases of the process, professional and good with communicating and answering any questions as they arose. If you require this type of legal service you cannot go wrong with an attorney like Greta that is both competent and caring.

I highly recommend Greta Gainer Anderson
I have known Mrs Anderson her entire legal career. She is a consummate professional. she has respresented me and my family, including my mother, on numerous legal matters involving real estate and estate planning transactions. For example, she represented me as executor to my father's estate in the sale of his home. There were some issues with title to the property. Mrs. Anderson walked me through the issues and kept me informed through every step. She is always prompt, courteous and quick to get back to you. Through the closing, I felt confident that she had everything under control. The closing went smoothly and was conducted with efficiency. She will go out of her way to meet the needs of her clients. For example, when my mother was hospitalized and needed some legal documents prepared for signature, Mrs. Anderson prepared and delivered those documents to my mother's hospital bed. Mrs. Anderson is an extremely capable and competent attorney. It is a pleasure to be represented by her.
