Negron Referee over custody case & Soto ( appointed by court to rep my case)must be the worst court "actors" in practice. None of my documents were reviewed regarding jurisdiction. I was not given the opportunity to be heard; she told me i had to have proof of service signed again by notary yet nev...er checked to verify if other party was served. It was a mess she denied jurisdicition when NY is to have exclusive continuing jurisdiction. AShes jus a retard that pretends as if shes listening shes incompetent and i do not believe that she has any formal training in court room law
