Ms Negron presided over my child custody hearing. Her way of handling my case (and I had joint custody mind you) cause my children to move 500 miles away from me causing irreparable damage to our relationship. She used threats to such as "put your children "through a trial that is going to be very... hard on them I assure you" to get me to agree things that were basically the lesser of two evils. Do not agree to any hearings with this magistrate is my advise and your right

Mildred Negron, a custody magistrate empowered by the robe to enforce and impose law, her law, Negron's Bill of Rights.

Mildred Negron presided over my custody case. I was active duty stationed overseas. She ignored facts presented and testimony by my wife that proved my son was actually abducted and across international waters. She gave no consideration to my obligations to our country. Once, my wife appeared by Negr...on to have an order Negron issued modified, and was granted the modification. This was done without my lawyer or I being present and resulted in me having to shell out over $3000 in travel arrangements just to see my son. Negro s modified order specified re-allocation of expenses but after two years of continuations, Negron refused to grant me reallocation even when all receipts were presented. Both my attorney and my wife's attorney told me a year prior that Negron was predisposed to a ruling even before hearing testimony or seeing evidence. When I asked my lawyer about reprieve, I was told he would be performing career suicide if he even attempted to file charges against her. My lawyer further told me from the very beginning that Negron has made it clear I would never get custody so long as she sat on my case; my deep dark militant voice was not acceptable to raising a child. Negron believes she is not only above the law, but that she is the law. I have spoken with dozens of attorneys who all have refused any case filed against her. There appears to be no justice within the justice system. I took a bullet in combat for my country representing my state; all I wanted was a fair hearing and case but was doomed the minute I appeared in her courtroom simply because she believed I was a hardened militant with a harsh voice. I fought for and defended democracy only to have my rights violated? As a veteran, I have lost all faith in your country's judicial system and strongly believe I stood a better chance had my case been heard in Iraq. I can't say how much I despise calling myself an American and how even now, my son is suffering and miserable. When I file a complaint that I'm not being permitted visitation in accordance with Negron's order, she remarks that I'm only complaining trying to cause my wife trouble. How could Negron be permitted to serve the People of New York while prescribing law based solely on her 'God' complex? That demonstrates everything but what this country was born and built on, democracy and the fair treatment of all. If your case is presided over by Mildred Negron, run, and request another magistrate regardless of which side of the case you're on. I would never recommend any case be heard by Mildred T. Negron of NY Family Court, County of Queens.

"This attorney works as a family court Referee in Queens. I do not endorse this lawyer. Negron conditioned the visitation for a father on his paying $100 "cash only" to a court appointed psychologist on the recommendation of another court appointed psychologist. This means that the child was withheld while payments were secured from the father. Shows partiality to court appointed law guardians and panel attorneys."
