Highly Recomended
Went to Maria Mateo Law regarding a change in my immigration status. Since day one Maria and her team were very helpful. Every steps and process were thoroughly explained. They were on top of any changes, updates or next steps and always available when I had any questions. There were no doubts that my case was in good hands and was managed correctly. Thank you Maria!

Meticulous and Trust worthy!
I am glad we found Maria Mateo to help us through the process of my Resident visa application and my husbands Citizenship visa application. We both had a hard case that needs a professional help. Maria and her team were very meticulous with the process of our application and I think that was the key that helped me get my green card application approved with no interviews needed. My husbands citizenship process is a long process but with all the patience, trust and professional help from Maria everything went as what she anticipated. We had bad experiences with other immigration lawyers and thank God she is not like them. Maria is very knowledgeable and they made sure all the things that were needed were all in our submitted packet. Maria and her staff were very polite and professional. There is always a live person to answer our calls. I received my resident card last year and three days from now I will be traveling outside of the country for the first time with my kids to visit their grand parents. When it is time to apply for my Citizenship I am definitely going back to her. I am a US Resident and my husband is a US Citizen now and all thanks to Maria and her diligent staff members. Trust her and trust the process and do your part as an applicant and everything will fall into place. I highly recommend her!

100% Recommended!
Me and my husband hired Maria Teresa Mateo to take care of my Green Card (change of status to US Permanent Resident) Application. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered absolutely every question or doubt I had, had all my documents translated and certified, filled out and sent all the application forms, kept track of the progress of the case and guided us step by step throughout the process. Made everything much easier and faster.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
"I met Maria in 2013, when I was working at St. John’s School of Law. I specifically invited Maria to teach in the Master of Laws program in U.S. Legal Studies, and we stayed in touch thereafter. We have worked together in a variety of cases, including deportation defense, divorces, child custody, child support, and enforcement of foreign judgments. Maria strikes me as a hard-working, knowledgeable person who cares about her clients and about her community. She also works as an attorney for the Dominican Consulate. She understands the cultural needs of her Dominican community and she can practice law in both countries. I endorse Maria without hesitation as someone who not only provides exceptional legal representation but as someone who has incredible character and high personal ethics."
