 Over the years, I have been able to provide clients with a business - man's approach to complex legal issues, rather than simply a restatement of the law.  We represent real estate firms and small property owners in their management, use and operation of residential housing and commercial properties.  Our real estate practice includes complex landlord-tenant litigation, representing landlords and property owners in housing court, before the DHCR and HPD; and also has extensive experience with cooperative apartments and condominiums.  Since much of landlord-tenant law relies heavily on underlying leases, we assist both landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of their commercial leases, protecting rights in the subject properties, long term profitability in the client's investment and ensuring enforcement measures are set.
