OUTCOME: Obtained judgment of possession; Successfully argued denial of tenant's appeal. Prevailed in lifting numerous bankruptcy stays. Evicted Tenant. Obtained money judgment for all unpaid rents, additional rents and legal fees of approximately $120,000.00

Represented landlord in regaining possession of valuable commercial lot in Queens County. We were able to establish numerous grounds to terminate a long term lease including incurable defaults, obtain ... ing a judgment of possession and warrant for eviction. Successfully overcame an attempt to appeal the lower court decisions, and circumvented numerous stays of eviction which the tenant obtained in the Bankruptcy Court.
