Attorney Julian N. Fairweather is the Founder and Principal Attorney of J. N. Fairweather & Associates, P.C., a New York law firm providing strategic legal counsel in real estate, banking and finance, corporate law, estate planning, and wealth preservation.
Since entering private practice in 1994, Attorney Fairweather has advised individuals, families, entrepreneurs, investors, lenders, and financial institutions throughout New York. With more than three decades of experience, Attorney Fairweather is known for delivering sophisticated legal counsel in a practical, client-centered manner that supports both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
Attorney Fairweather’s practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate formation and governance, banking and commercial lending, contract negotiation, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and comprehensive estate planning. Attorney Fairweather earned a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law after receiving a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Attorney Fairweather is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
