Julian was our lawyer for when we were selling and buying our new home. The process was not smooth due to permit issues on our end which nearly caused us to lose the home we wanted. My wife and I were a bundle of nerves for months but Julian remained the calming influence which help us get through it all and got the deal done. If your looking for a lawyer who’s seen it all and done it all and has the answers before the questions are ask, Julian is the lawyer for you.

Awesome Experience!
The level of professionalism experienced from beginning to end was impeccable. From the time I explained my situation, Ms. Fairweather was attentive. She listened and asked the appropriate questions to be able to gather all of the details. Her assessment was thorough and her communication skills are commendable. The assistance and guidance received from her consult served to be extremely beneficial and informative. The hiring of legal services was not required at this time. However, our interaction proved to be supportive and educational. The services received from Ms. Fairweather will be sought after should the future need arise.
