I never write reviews. I know everyone says it but I literally have written 1 in the last 10 years. We had decided to buy a house and saw the great reviews for Naveed. I called the office and he got back to me 1 hour later. I knew I would need a tough advocate on my side because I was dealing with so...me tough real estate brokers and in the end Naveed shined through. He helped us when we were at an impasse with the brokers and ensured we were always aware of what was going on. I really would not want anyone else to work on my real estate transaction.

NAVEED IS AN EXTREMELY CAPABLE LAWYER. I READ ALL OF NAVEED'S REVIEWS BEFORE RETAINING HIM AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT A COUPLE OF THE NEGATIVE ONES. AFTER SOME THOUGHT I DECIDED THAT NOT EVERYONE IS CAPABLE OF BEING SATISFIED, AND THAT MORE PEOPLE ARE LIKELY TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE COMMENT THAN A POSITIVE... ONE. THE FACT THAT THERE WAS SO MUCH MORE POSITIVE THAN NEGATIVE MADE MY DECISION EASIER. I HAD ABOUT 8 VIOLATIONS ON MY BUILDING FROM DEPARTMENT OF BUILDINGS. THAT LATER INCREASED TO 18 VIOLATIONS. NAVEED GOT ALL OF THE VIOLATIONS DISMISSED AND I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY MONEY IN FINES. NAVEED IS NOW HANDLING 3 EVICTION CASES FOR ME, AND 2 OF THE TENANTS HAVE ALREADY COMMITTED TO MOVING OUT AND I AM CONFIDENT IN GETTING GOOD RESULTS ON THE LAST CASE. Mr siddiqi represented me in a landlord tenant case and the case went to trial. Mr siddiqi really impressed with his way of breaking apart the tenant’s defenses. I got my house back and the service and experience was flawless. I was given all of the information I needed throughout the case and I k...new exactly what to expect at all times. Mr siddiqi gave me his cell number to text him for emergencies which I needed to one rime on a Sunday, and he immediately got back to me. His fees were on par with other attorneys i interviewed, but looking back, it was a bargain for the wonderful lawyer I got.

Naveed, and his great staff were fantastic on getting out my non-paying, lying, scheming tenants in Queens. Rented to a family of 3 and they had a fourth person move in. They used different names and for the time I had them they never paid their rent on time. They could of milked me for 6-12 months w...ith both their fake and real issues they always had. Mr. Siddiqi got them to leave 30 days from the first court date. Mr. Siddiqi knows his stuff. He knew exactly what was going to happen and was always one step ahead.
