Naveed, and his great staff were fantastic on getting out my non-paying, lying, scheming tenants in Queens. Rented to a family of 3 and they had a fourth person move in. They used different names and for the time I had them they never paid their rent on time. They could of milked me for 6-12 months w...ith both their fake and real issues they always had. Mr. Siddiqi got them to leave 30 days from the first court date. Mr. Siddiqi knows his stuff. He knew exactly what was going to happen and was always one step ahead. I highly recommend Mr. Siddiqi for Landlord-Tenant problems. The Court system has the propensity to side with tenants despite if they cause damages to your Property and/or when they stop paying Rent. Mr. Siddiqi represented me in two cases that settled and both arrived at acceptable resolution. Wh...en you have tenants that are manipulative and litigious, you want someone like Mr. Siddiqi with the experience and the 'fighting spirit' to keep ahead of all potential issues and put to rest the mind games that may arise. I like the Portal site MyCase designed to keep track of pending Court dates, view and upload important documents and billing-related matters, and to communicate with Mr. Siddiqi and his assistant. In addition, the legal fees were more than fair for his time and counsel. Mr. Siddiqi is professional, understanding, efficient with his work and brings his stellar performance to Court every time when he represents you. A+

Mr. Siddiqi agreed to represent me in my landlord/tenant case. Mr. Siddiqi would encourage me to not show up to hearings saying he would handle them. Once I showed up and he had passed my case to a colleague to adjourn it without my consent. He even called me later that day saying that he had made ...a deal with the tenant not knowing I had been there the entire time while he was not. Prior to me witnessing this, he would state that he had tried worked out agreements with my tenant but then later say the tenant defaulted on the agreement. I later followed up with the tenant she reported that neither Mr. Siddiqi nor his representatives had ever contacted her. Mr. Siddiqi told me everything I wanted to hear but never provided fair or sincere representation. I understand the need to be paid but I don't understand cutting corners and lying outright.
