Naveed Siddiqi

I hired Mr Siddiqi first to evict a tenant in my basement. He got the tenant out after the first court date. Then it turned out that the tenant had filed a complaint with the city and the city came and gave me violations for the basement apartment. Again I called Mr. Siddiqi who appeared very know...ledgeable about the problem. After a great first experience I retained him to fight the violations. Like a magician, he beat the violations and I feel so blessed that I chose him to take care of my problems. He is sincere, patient and was always very responsive to me. He even accommodated me by opening his office on a Sunday! I always felt like I was his only client with the level of service I received. I recommend highly!!

NAVEED IS AN EXTREMELY CAPABLE LAWYER. I READ ALL OF NAVEED'S REVIEWS BEFORE RETAINING HIM AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT A COUPLE OF THE NEGATIVE ONES. AFTER SOME THOUGHT I DECIDED THAT NOT EVERYONE IS CAPABLE OF BEING SATISFIED, AND THAT MORE PEOPLE ARE LIKELY TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE COMMENT THAN A POSITIVE... ONE. THE FACT THAT THERE WAS SO MUCH MORE POSITIVE THAN NEGATIVE MADE MY DECISION EASIER. I HAD ABOUT 8 VIOLATIONS ON MY BUILDING FROM DEPARTMENT OF BUILDINGS. THAT LATER INCREASED TO 18 VIOLATIONS. NAVEED GOT ALL OF THE VIOLATIONS DISMISSED AND I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY MONEY IN FINES. NAVEED IS NOW HANDLING 3 EVICTION CASES FOR ME, AND 2 OF THE TENANTS HAVE ALREADY COMMITTED TO MOVING OUT AND I AM CONFIDENT IN GETTING GOOD RESULTS ON THE LAST CASE. ALL IN ALL, I HAVE TO SAY MY EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC. NAVEED GAVE ME HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER, BUT I TRIED TO REMAIN RESPECTFUL AND COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL WAS VERY EFFECTIVE.
