I hired Michael Dreishpoon for the arraignment of a close family member. I have never known anyone who was arrested before and when I got the call on a Tuesday evening from the police station with very few details, I did not know what to do. After talking to my sister, I decided I should look into ...finding this person a lawyer. I called Mr. Dreishpoon for the first time that evening at around 10pm. I must have sounded like a belligerent mess, but he was patient and kind with me. At that point I didn't know if I should hire someone so I asked how late I could call him and he said any time. I called back around midnight, he picked up immediately, and I hired him. He called me back at around 1am and was able to tell me what the charges were against my family member, information I had not been able to get on my own. He also walked me through what I could expect for the following day (the day of arraignment), where I should go, what I should do, etc. Unfortunately, Mr. Dreishpoon was unable to be in court himself that day so he asked another attorney to stand in for him. Even so, Mr. Dreishpoon remained in contact with me throughout the day, ensuring that I had the most up-to-date information and keeping me calm. At one point I also spoke with his office staff and they were also incredibly caring and comforting. All-in-all, Mr. Dreishpoon made this horrible situation a little more tolerable, and for that, I'm eternally grateful. I would definitely recommend his services.
