Michael Dreishpoon

My experience with Mr.Drishpoon was outstanding he is respectful operated quickly and professionally to resolve my situation. I was a little hesitant at first communicating with Mr.Drishpoon he has a direct approach but I guess that's how good lawyers are. He stood with me and made sure I understand ...everything that was happening even when he had to explain things two times or three times and he would not get upset for repeating himself. Since my case was making me face deportation. He took the time to listen to me. Get to know me a little and relize that I'm not such a bad person. I just made it stupid mistake. And he was able to convince the prosecutor that let me play to a less a charge. That would not affect my immigration status. For me money well spent. And hey he give me a hug at the end of my trial A lot of Lawyers out there would not do that.So that speaks a lot about his character. If would recommend him YES!

I was looking at years behind bars and deportation I had a(big name lawyer )who was representing me at the time but after seeing how my lawyer interest in my case was not up to par like not suppressing illegal statements and evidence...I asked around the prison population and Michael dreishpoon name ...keeps coming up......after retaining Michael things started to look better.....I walked out of the queens county courthouse 2 weeks after as a free man....and not to rikers island as the district attorney wanted to see me go....true review.

Few months ago, my father was arrested and falsely accused of a terrible crime, during which he has been interrogated and has said things that could have been misconstrued and used against him in court. The case concluded with an ACD, which was the best case scenario, especially from the system I had lost much faith in. I'm very glad to have had Michael represent my father, and I would Recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges.
