am writing this review to praise the office of Donald Mastrodomenico. I hired Donald Mastrodomenico’s office sometime ago to do my contested the divorce. I was referred to his office by my sister who had used him about 10 years ago. They have a flat fees’ schedule not hourly rates. One of the assets ...of our marriage was our house in Queens Village. My wife told me that if I refused to give her our home that she would get me arrested saying I threatened to kill her and I would be put out of my house with an order of protection from Criminal Court. I told her that the house would have to be sold and divided 50/50. Three days later I got a call from a detective about the criminal complaint my wife has filed against me and that I would have to come into the precinct to be arrested for domestic violence for threatening to kill my wife. I call Donald Mastrodomenico immediately- he called the detective and arranged for my surrender- Donald Mastrodomenico accompanied me to the precinct with my 3 kids. He told the detective that before he arrested me he should first hear what my kids had to say about the incident. To my amazement the detective after speaking to Donald Mastrodomenico and my children came out and told me to go home, that he was going to arrest my wife for filing a false police report. I have spoken to a couple of criminal lawyers and all gave me no hope that what Donald Mastrodomenico did could happen. I am now divorced I've got a majority of the marital assets (my wife lawyer never had an evaluation done of my business and she was not awarded any of it) the lawyer assigned to my case from Donald Mastrodomenico’s office was far superior to hers in court. Thank You. I will never forget what you have done for me.

Donald office just finished my divorce. Before coming to his office I hired a firm that had a beautiful looking office with an hourly rate of $300 per hour. Within the first month my $5,000 retainer was used up and we hadn’t even gone to court, then I got a bill of $2,500 for the next month, still no... court. My aunt told me that she had a divorce about 15 years ago and that HER EX HUSBAND LAWYER WAS DONALD’S FIRM, She too was unhappy with HER divorce lawyer. She never forgot Donald name. I look him up on the internet and made appointment with him the same day. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone getting a divorce. They charge flat fee not hourly rates. The reason she told me to use Donald’s firm was because Donald firm charged her ex husband less than one half of what she paid her lawyer and because in her own words “they were much more prepared and better in court”. My divorce just ended and while I received very good settlement, I was still sad. Donald sensing this, informed me of a great seminar (The Forum) about starting your life over again and how to create a future not bases on your past. I took a chance and enrolled in the seminar and I am so much happier now.  I understand so much more about my life now. I consider Donald much more than my lawyer but my friend for life. I most certainly would recommend this firm for any person seeking a divorce of family court matter.

I first used Donald for my Divorce in 1993 since then I referred my brother and cousin to his office. All were pleased with the staff and the individual attention they received. Recently I unfortunately had to refer my son and to my surprised the fee for his divorce was about the same as I paid 20 ye...ars ago and like then all of papers were done when my son and I walked in Donald’s office. He is trustworthy and honest; a rarity concerning lawyers. The same price they quote you over the phone is the exact price you pay.
