I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from the entire staff. For starters, he quoted me one price and then when we spoke again I received a price that was $800 more. I had to remind him of our discussion and the price we agreed upon. On my court date, Attorney Mastrod. was handling ...several other cases in different court rooms. I didn't have his undivided attention because he was too busy running between courts rooms to handle other clients and cases. He knows the law, but he made a lot of mistakes during my session in front of the judge which I feel is because he wasn't prepared to present my facts. They didn't respond to my messages or emails because they thought someone else from the office had responded. Which was unacceptable. Attorney MastroD is very knowledgeable, but I feel that he has too much going on at once which prevents him from doing the best job that he can for you. I would NOT recommend him for anything more than a free consultation.
