I never felt that any of them short changed me i got they're best every time!, thats what I remember most, strength from they're guidance & I'm grateful to this day for that & actually,what I remember most personally from Donald is a time during my own war of the roses divorce, my ex husband decided that to spite me at the time while I stayed living in our marital home, that he would call to cancel our mr & mrs con Edison account lol, I remember that incident & laugh now but at the time coming to a dark home without electricity was no laughing matter & Donald was literally intervening getting everyone to ensure my power be on whether it meant him forcing them legally to do it or whatever it took to ensure I never spent an evening enduring that during the worst of his childish behaviors, that's what I remember most, i didn't just hire the best lawyer for the job what I realized is that I had the best people that would do their genuine best for me, & they cared! for that ill always be eternally grateful, they're all great& that's just the truth! Since then I hired them for a friends divorce & I've also called several times to ask advice regarding custody issues, I'm a first time mom now & find myself as a single parent with questions about petitions for full custody or just family court things in regards to my own child's matters, & the very people I hired now long ago are always available to listen,hear & advise me on which way to go! am writing this review to praise the office of Donald Mastrodomenico. I hired Donald Mastrodomenico’s office sometime ago to do my contested the divorce. I was referred to his office by my sister who had used him about 10 years ago. They have a flat fees’ schedule not hourly rates. One of the assets ...of our marriage was our house in Queens Village. My wife told me that if I refused to give her our home that she would get me arrested saying I threatened to kill her and I would be put out of my house with an order of protection from Criminal Court. I told her that the house would have to be sold and divided 50/50. Three days later I got a call from a detective about the criminal complaint my wife has filed against me and that I would have to come into the precinct to be arrested for domestic violence for threatening to kill my wife. I call Donald Mastrodomenico immediately- he called the detective and arranged for my surrender- Donald Mastrodomenico accompanied me to the precinct with my 3 kids. He told the detective that before he arrested me he should first hear what my kids had to say about the incident. To my amazement the detective after speaking to Donald Mastrodomenico and my children came out and told me to go home, that he was going to arrest my wife for filing a false police report. I have spoken to a couple of criminal lawyers and all gave me no hope that what Donald Mastrodomenico did could happen. I am now divorced I've got a majority of the marital assets (my wife lawyer never had an evaluation done of my business and she was not awarded any of it) the lawyer assigned to my case from Donald Mastrodomenico’s office was far superior to hers in court.
