A couple years ago I came to know Donald when my relationship had come to a close, for those who know exactly what divorce can do, then you know enduring in all aspects of your life can be quite the undertaking, its difficult time on all levels & that you will not only need the best legal advisor on ...your side but the greatest hand to hold walking through " the valley of the shadow of death," i was blessed I had all of that plus people i Trusted through proven efforts works & experiences, someone like Donald on my side & staff, making sure you come through it with the best possible results. I'm extremely happy with not just the outcome of how things ended up for my own divorce but for me more so was how things were during my divorce, it was the care, time, attention, consideration& patience that went into my matters, that really stands out most from Donald,from the very start your in the right hands.you gain confidence because he's the upmost professional the only vibe you can get is that he knows what he's doing &he's gonna get it done!& every other attorney that's part of his staff (& believe me each one of them there had a hand in my own divorce !Is amazing, Donald's a lawyer who's expertise in his field can only come by the years he's had in the business but each one of the lawyers there from angel, fenisha, to Richard, they each bring a sense of mastery & art to there game) angel was there from jump street for me Richard was there for me during the longest set of questions I remember ever enduring facing my ex husband at one of our final hearings & having him not just be beside me professionally but keeping me up emotionally when I didn't think I had it in me,fenisha I remember most when Richard had another court case once while mine went on longer then expected & fenisha shows up refreshed & asking me how much farther I wanted to take it willing to go as far as I was ok with what we were asking for! I never felt that any of them short changed me i got they're best every time!, thats what I remember most, strength from they're guidance & I'm grateful to this day for that & actually,what I remember most personally from Donald is a time during my own war of the roses divorce, my ex husband decided that to spite me at the time while I stayed living in our marital home, that he would call to cancel our mr & mrs con Edison account lol, I remember that incident & laugh now but at the time coming to a dark home without electricity was no laughing matter & Donald was literally intervening getting everyone to ensure my power be on whether it meant him forcing them legally to do it or whatever it took to ensure I never spent an evening enduring that during the worst of his childish behaviors, that's what I remember most, i didn't just hire the best lawyer for the job what I realized is that I had the best people that would do their genuine best for me, & they cared! for that ill always be eternally grateful, they're all great& that's just the truth! Since then I hired them for a friends divorce & I've also called several times to ask advice regarding custody issues, I'm a first time mom now & find myself as a single parent with questions about petitions for full custody or just family court things in regards to my own child's matters, & the very people I hired now long ago are always available to listen,hear & advise me on which way to go! That's why I would highly recommend each and every one of these individuals to anyone looking for not just the best lawyer to have for the job, but in the hopes that if your lucky like me, you'll be blessed with a kind sweet welcoming voice like Lourdes the receptionist at Donald's office to greet you and make you feel so at home ...( that you come to realize that even though knowing them came from a bad situation that your blessed to know these fine people.. Who never turn you away if you just so happen to call them for whatever reason )they're all awesome &I love them Donald's the best!

I am writing this review to say thank you to the Law Office of Donald mastrodomenico for getting me my divorce and also getting me alimony and child support in amount I never thought possible. My husband showed very little income in his tax return because he owned his own business and the two other f...irms I consulted with said this would be a major problem getting me a decent amount of support. Through the experience of my attorney in Donald's office,we were able to show what my husband really earned through the expenses he paid. The total fee I paid with Donald’s flat fee rates was less than half of what my husband paid his lawyer. Thank you so much for a job well done.

am writing this review to praise the office of Donald Mastrodomenico. I hired Donald Mastrodomenico’s office sometime ago to do my contested the divorce. I was referred to his office by my sister who had used him about 10 years ago. They have a flat fees’ schedule not hourly rates. One of the assets ...of our marriage was our house in Queens Village. My wife told me that if I refused to give her our home that she would get me arrested saying I threatened to kill her and I would be put out of my house with an order of protection from Criminal Court. I told her that the house would have to be sold and divided 50/50. Three days later I got a call from a detective about the criminal complaint my wife has filed against me and that I would have to come into the precinct to be arrested for domestic violence for threatening to kill my wife. I call Donald Mastrodomenico immediately- he called the detective and arranged for my surrender- Donald Mastrodomenico accompanied me to the precinct with my 3 kids. He told the detective that before he arrested me he should first hear what my kids had to say about the incident. To my amazement the detective after speaking to Donald Mastrodomenico and my children came out and told me to go home, that he was going to arrest my wife for filing a false police report. I have spoken to a couple of criminal lawyers and all gave me no hope that what Donald Mastrodomenico did could happen. I am now divorced I've got a majority of the marital assets (my wife lawyer never had an evaluation done of my business and she was not awarded any of it) the lawyer assigned to my case from Donald Mastrodomenico’s office was far superior to hers in court.
