Donald office just finished my divorce. Before coming to his office I hired a firm that had a beautiful looking office with an hourly rate of $300 per hour. Within the first month my $5,000 retainer was used up and we hadn’t even gone to court, then I got a bill of $2,500 for the next month, still no... court. My aunt told me that she had a divorce about 15 years ago and that HER EX HUSBAND LAWYER WAS DONALD’S FIRM, She too was unhappy with HER divorce lawyer. She never forgot Donald name. I look him up on the internet and made appointment with him the same day. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone getting a divorce. They charge flat fee not hourly rates. The reason she told me to use Donald’s firm was because Donald firm charged her ex husband less than one half of what she paid her lawyer and because in her own words “they were much more prepared and better in court”. My divorce just ended and while I received very good settlement, I was still sad. Donald sensing this, informed me of a great seminar (The Forum) about starting your life over again and how to create a future not bases on your past. I took a chance and enrolled in the seminar and I am so much happier now.  I understand so much more about my life now. I consider Donald much more than my lawyer but my friend for life. I most certainly would recommend this firm for any person seeking a divorce of family court matter.

I first used Donald for my Divorce in 1993 since then I referred my brother and cousin to his office. All were pleased with the staff and the individual attention they received. Recently I unfortunately had to refer my son and to my surprised the fee for his divorce was about the same as I paid 20 ye...ars ago and like then all of papers were done when my son and I walked in Donald’s office. He is trustworthy and honest; a rarity concerning lawyers. The same price they quote you over the phone is the exact price you pay.

Some months passed but instead of getting positive results or at least some progress on my case I kept getting bills in the mail. I finally decided it was time to consult another lawyer and I went to Donald's office. From the beg...inning I was impressed with the immense knowledge and experience Donald and his associates had. In addition, their flat fee structure was just what I was looking for. I retained Donald's firm and I never regretted my choice. They were able to negotiate a settlement with my spouse's attorney and we even did not have to go to court. Donald's firm not only resolved my case successfully but also saved me money. I consulted with other offices, but none were as courteous, honest or informative over the phone. I was even able to schedule an appointment the same day to start my uncontested divorce and ...my papers were ready when I walked in the door!
