Highly Recommend Debbie Fiss!

Debbie Fiss is an excellent lawyer with years of experience. She knows the process inside and out and takes the time to explain things with patience and ease. Although it seems like a strange thing to say, I always looked forward to my meetings with Debbie. It was like having a good friend help ...you through the divorce process. Debbie was always on top of things and communicated to me often about what was happening. My ex-husband's lawyer often took their time, and I know the process would have taken a lot longer if Debbie had not been there to keep things moving along. She was great at fighting for the best for myself and my two kids. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone who is looking for a lawyer to guide them through the divorce process.

It's the SMALL things that count

Will any one of us ever be ready for a divorce? It’s an emotional hurricane. You know it’s coming, you know it’s too late to run, so do you just ride it out? Oh, and there is no “school" to teach you what to do during the "hurrivorce" Hence, what do you do? I was scared, confused, my world was ups...ide down and I am a man, so why would I ask for help?’ Then I met Debbie Fiss. Within minutes of meeting Debbie, her brilliant intellect turned my chaotic world into tranquility. Debbie listened, removed my doubt, explained my rights and helped me understand the divorce process. She wasted no time and the same day filed the divorce and even got hold of the Sheriff in a different state to serve the papers. One year later, and after gracefully circumventing EVERY possible curveball thrown at us, Debbie settled the case, filed the final papers expeditiously and I am already divorced! Thank you for caring about me and giving me this new lease on life, Debbie!

Debbie is a fighter who will fight for you even when you can't anymore

Debbie came highly recommended by a family member during a very stressful time in my life, I am truly blessed to have had her on my side fighting for everything my children and I deserved even at times when I felt it would never end and give up and throw in the towel, she became my pillar of strength... and voice of reason. She is the only lawyer you want in your corner, she truly cares for her clients and she shows it in every way, as well as her quick response to any emails even while on vacation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Debbie for all you have done for us.

Highly Impressive

Debbie is simply amazing! We consulted recently and I am without a doubt convinced she is the attorney I want by my side as things move forward. She was professional and direct while empathetic to the situation. She listened to my concerns and answered all questions more than satisfactorily. Absolutely Fantastic Attorney

Debbie is the best you can get. She is knowledgeable, personable and strategically oriented throughout my consultation. I consulted with other attorneys before Debbie and she was the only one who really cared on a much deeper level, and actually wanted to help you get through this painful chapter of ...your life. She truly listened to my complicated case and all my needs and tailored specific strategies on the case accordingly. After the initial consultation, Debbie quickly moved forward with our action plan. Everything went accordingly to what she had predicted (the filings of the papers, the serving of the documents, etc), and they were done timely, effectively and efficiently. More importantly, since she owns the service company, there is almost no worries in terms of how and if the papers can be properly served. Debbie is always responsive during the whole process, and believe me, if you are calling because you are worried about something, she has already covered it. Debbie was also absolutely fantastic in court. The stark contrast between Debbie and the opposing counsel really proves that she is the best in the business.She followed up before the court appearance, literally held your hands during the court, and her connections in Queens goes a long way as well. And on top of that, she doesn't over charge and the fees to acquire her services are more than reasonable and definitely worth every penny. Looking back, going to that consultation with Debbie was probably the best decision I have ever made. I am really glad I have her on my side. I honestly can not imagine how things would turn out without her.
